the compressed domed body emerging from a flat base to high rounded shoulders below a narrow, slightly flaring neck and lipped rim, all under a translucent, ivory-tinged glaze, the base unglazed revealing the pure white body
Height 4⅜ in., 10.6 cm
An approx. 3.3 cm long section at the rim off and restuck, and an associated area of overpaint. An iron spot at the shoulder, approx. 0.8 cm across.
